There is a swimming pool available for use by guests and friends, it is a large in ground pool with a basketball court.

The home is on Cedar Creek, a year round stream filled with fish, frogs, turtles, and wildlife and lined with large pecan trees. It is surrounded by pastures, woods, farms and ranches.

The home is about 15 minutes east of the Austin Airport on Highway 71 (the Bastrop Highway) and the new Loop 130 toll round, 10 minutes to Bastrop which is about 7 miles away.

This may be the only house with fiber optic Internet access in Bastrop County. There is ethernet, cable and phone wiring to every room and a robust wifi network.
